Have you been thinking of ways to reward the success of your learners in your online course? This workshop will introduce you to badges and how they can be used in conjunction with your Moodle course hosted by OTAN. The presenter will demonstrate the badging process in Moodle and how students can create a backpack to "take" their badges with them. Prerequisites:All participants must have their own Moodle course shell with teacher editing rights. Your course can be hosted by OTAN or your school site (Moodle v2.6+ with badges enabled by Moodle administrator). Participants should have completed the "Moodle v2: Create a Course Web Site" workshop prior to this online workshop (or its equivalent).
