    - Prerequisites: Must be at least 18 years old,

    - pass a basic skills assessment,
    - demonstrate the ability to build relationships,
    - and be passionate about a career in the hospitality
      and tourism industry.

    AutoCAD/SolidWorks Engineering Pathway


    Start your career as a CAD Drafter/Technician by learning AutoCAD and SolidWorks from real Engineers.
    Our program will start this coming late January/early February.
    The program consists of two F.A.C.E. courses spanning 14 weeks
    that cost a total of $600.

    During this program, students will be prepared to pass the AutoDesk Certified User Exam and will get assistance in applying for CAD Drafting/Technician positions for up to a year.
    Students must meet the following requirements to enroll:
    -Must be at least 18 years or older
    -Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
    -Must pass a Reading and Math assessment
    -Must have basic computer skills

    • Gain knowledge of key Engineering and AutoCAD
      vocabulary used in a variety of industries

    • Build reading, writing and basic math skills used
      in designing and drafting occupations

    • Enhance your English fluency to be prepared to
      enter the FACE Engineering Pathway

     Students Must:

    • Be at Advanced ESL
    • Have Advanced listening and speaking skills
    • Apply at the ESL Office Room 201
    • Allow for 1-1.5 hours for the registration process
    • Attend at least 80% of class time
    • Complete all assignments and assessments with
      at least 80% accuracy
