Our comprehensive program includes independent living skills and basic adult education,
community access, social and communication skills. Our goal is to help each student
develop to his or her greatest potential, meet individual goals, and become as
independent as possible. Students choose classes aligned with their goals.

Registration is open throughout the school year!
The Adults with Disabilities (AWD) Program offers life skills instruction for developmentally disabled adults. We teach skills that enable individuals to function independently and socially in our community. Our approach affirms the dignity of students and their right to independence, self-esteem, and respect.
Curriculum Includes:
- Computer Skills
- Cooking
- Independent Living Skills
- Life Skills Development
- Socialization/Leisure Skills
- Gardening/Landscaping
- Recycling
- Conflict Management
- Community Awareness
- Functional Academics (Math and Reading)
- Arts and Crafts
- Music Appreciation
- Students participate in community outings, study current events, and personal fitness classes.
