Key Vocabulary Course Components:In any vocabulary builder course, we will review strategies and techniques for remembering and identifying new vocabulary using readings, such as newspaper articles. Your goals will be to:- know what the word means (Definition)
- know how to say it (Pronunciation, Stress)
- know how to spell it
- know when and when not to use it (Conotation and denotation)
- know the grammar of the word (Part of speech: noun, adjective, verb, adverb, preposition, article...)
- know which words generally are around it (Collocations)
Use this vocabulary worksheet to keep track of new vocabulary systematically.
