Adult Protective Services
County APS agencies investigate reports of abuse of elders and dependent adults who live in private homes and hotels or hospitals and health clinics when the abuser is not at staff member. (The Licensing & Certification program of the California Department of Health Services handles cases of abuse by a member of a hospital or health clinic.) County APS staff evaluates abuse cases and arranges for services such as advocacy, counseling, money management, out-of-home placement, or conservatorship. -
Department of Rehabilitation
The California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) administers the largest vocational rehabilitation program in the country.
We have a three-pronged mission to provide services and advocacy that assist people with disabilities to live independently, become employed and have equality in the communities in which they live and work.
DOR provides consultation, counseling and vocational rehabilitation, and works with community partners to assist the consumers we serve.

Fremont Unified School District
The Fremont Education Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt, public charity, established in 1991, to encourage increased community involvement and investment in our schools. Our members include parents, educators, school administrators, business people, and others from our community.

Para Transit Inc
Founded in 1978, Paratransit, Inc., is a private nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing transportation services to individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and related agencies throughout the Sacramento County area.
Since 1981, Paratransit, Inc. has served as the Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA) for the Sacramento area and is recognized as a national leader in coordinated transportation programs.

Regional Center of the East Bay
RegionalCenter.org is a site devoted to the developmental disabilities community that focuses on resource exposure. Our goal is to centralize all things related to Regional Centers, Vendors, and related resources to effectively provide the developmental disabilities population with their needs. Collective Social Services is the service provider that's driving RegionalCenter.org's efforts towards achieving the goal off total resource and information exposure. Today's world is overwhelming with a wealth of information and consumers find it difficult to find the services they need. Our purpose is to bring vendors and services of high quality to the reach of consumers in a way that is simple and effective.

Special Olympics
The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
